A Wellness Philosophy
ROOTED IN REST, CULTURE,
AND COMMUNITY

The Heart Behind Alika
Alika Wellness is rooted in the life and leadership of founder Chante Miller. With a long career in healthcare and as the founder of AlignHealth Solutions, Chante has dedicated her work to population care, community health coordination, and helping people access support systems that allow them to thrive. Her clinical background as a certified registered dental hygienist taught her the importance of care and connection.
Everything shifted during her journey up Mount Kilimanjaro, guided by a Tanzanian company named Alika. The climb was grueling and transformative, but what stayed with her most was how deeply supported she felt along the way. She finished the climb renewed, strengthened, and reminded of what’s possible when you are surrounded by people who believe in your capacity.
Why Alika Exists
Black women deserve soft spaces.
Spaces that honor our strength without demanding it.
Spaces where we can rest, reconnect, and simply be.
Alika Wellness was created so we don’t have to search for these spaces anymore. We can build them together.
