Attendee Agreement

We’re so excited to have you join us! Below are a few important details and requirements to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable retreat experience. Please review carefully.

Payment & Booking

  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot.

  • The remaining balance is due one month prior to departure.

  • Deposits are refundable within 15 days of booking.

  • After 15 days, all deposits are non-refundable.

 

Flight Information

  • Please send your flight details once your flight is booked. This allows Alika Wellness to coordinate ground transportation and arrival logistics.

 

Photography & Media

  • By participating, you consent to photographs being taken during the retreat.

  • These photos may be used for promotional and marketing purposes by Alika Wellness.

 

Travel Responsibility & Insurance

  • Travel and trip insurance are required for all guests.

  • Proof of insurance must be provided prior to departure.

  • This protects you in case of unexpected delays, cancellations, or incidents.

  • Alika Wellness is not personally or professionally responsible for accidents, injuries, or unforeseen events that may occur during the trip.

 

Third-Party Providers

  • Alika Wellness is not responsible for changes or cancellations made by third-party partners, including:

    • Airlines

    • Hotel accommodations

    • Transportation providers

    • Walking tour organizations

    • Shopping studios

    • Caterers

    • Martha’s Vineyard Airport (MVY) or Steamship Ferry Authority

Itinerary Timing

  • All times listed in the itinerary are indicative and subject to change.

  • Flight schedules may change, sometimes as late as the day before travel.

  • When changes occur, the Alika Wellness team works with airlines and on-the-ground partners to adjust transfers and logistics as needed.

  • Meals and drinks not specifically listed as included

  • Transportation not outlined above

  • Personal purchases (e.g., massages, souvenirs)

  • Tips and gratuities

  • Airfare

  • Vaccinations

  • Travel insurance (required)

  • COVID testing (if required at time of travel)
