REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy & Responsibility Notice
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot on the retreat. The remaining balance is due one month prior to departure.

Deposits are fully refundable within 15 days of booking. After 15 days, all deposits are non-refundable.

Travel and trip insurance are required for all guests. Proof of insurance must be provided prior to departure. Travel insurance helps protect you in the event of unexpected delays, cancellations, or unforeseen incidents.

Alika Wellness is not personally or professionally responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or unforeseen events that may occur during the retreat.

Alika Wellness is not responsible for changes, delays, or cancellations made by third-party partners, including but not limited to airlines, hotel accommodations, transportation providers, walking tour organizations, shopping studios, and caterers.
